STEP ONE -- Apply Now! Getting started is easy

When you've selected a property and have a contract with the Seller (or if you have decided you wish to refinance your existing loan), the next step is to complete your loan application, which can be done easily through our website. To get started, select an application from the list on the left.

At the appropriate time we'll order a property appraisal for you.

STEP TWO -- Your Loan is Approved and Funded

We will coordinate with your Escrow/Title Company, Attorney (if applicable) and Real Estate Agent to make your purchase go smoothly.  Typically, you'll sign the final papers at one of their offices.

Refinance transactions can close at your home, your workplace, or our office.  Whatever works best for you.
